This 43 level tower and 7 level rear building, located on 42-50 La Trobe Street, comprises of 783 Student Apartments.

As seen in the 2 page ANCR Magazine feature, we created an immense amount of common area fit out joinery. This included feature ply wall and ceiling panels, reception joinery, rooftop kitchen, cushioned bench seating, tiered cinema seating, sound deadening wall panels and planter boxes.
